Choice Recovery Path (CRP):

Position Overview:
Choice Recovery Path (CRP) is looking for Masters Independently Licensed therapist to join our team! In this role, the clinician will provided therapeutic interventions to clients with Behavioral health diagnosis (mental health and addiction related disorders) in an office setting, in the field, telehealth, and virtual as needed by the organization

Summary of responsibilities:

  • Provide both individual and group therapeutic services
  • Works as a team providing mobile Crisis Now response to dispatches coming from 988 and coordination with local law enforcement coming from 911 as needed to assist in the evaluation and management of clients in crisis in the community.
  • Works as a team to also provide internal crisis response at CRP when requested.
  • Provides suicide and risk assessment and abatement, intervention to include Certificate for Evaluation as needed as part of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provides de-escalation, brief interventions, crisis stabilization, case management and care coordination under supervision for the CRP campus and for community members
  • Interface with care collaboration resources addressing all Social Determinants of Health.
  • Ensures that all state, federal and other oversight regulations are strictly adhered to.

What we're looking for:

  • Licensed clinicians with CURRENT licensure in good standing in the state of New Mexico
  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or closely related field.
  • Independent New Mexico licensed required (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPAT and PhD).
  • Valid New Mexico driver’s license
  • Experience working with individuals who have mental illness, and substance use disorders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $39.00 per hour
